Before you confirm.
- The rooms, item groups and tasks included in the work.
- The labor basis, any minimum and expected staffing.
- Which boxes and protective materials are supplied and their cost.
- Any travel, deposit, payment or cancellation arrangements.
- The appointment timing, access and person approving changes.
Approve extra work before it starts.
Added rooms, supplies or service time need your approval. Ask for the revised scope and price before the team begins additional work. Include any loading or unloading labor in the agreed quote. You arrange transportation; specialist tasks need review.
Keep control of your belongings.
You choose what is packed and where items go. Keep medication, keys, important documents and valuables with you. Point out fragile items and existing damage before work starts. Sorting and packing do not authorize disposal.

Do I pay to request a quote?
The website does not collect payment to submit a packing quote request. The team confirms the scope, price and any payment arrangements before you accept an appointment.
What will my quote explain?
Review the rooms and tasks, labor basis and any minimum, supplied materials, travel or other charges, staffing, timing and any deposit or cancellation terms before confirming.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Contact the Solely Junk team as soon as you know. Changes to rooms, materials or timing need review. Any applicable cancellation terms are provided with your quote before you confirm.
When is my packing visit booked?
A request reference confirms that your inquiry was saved. Your packing visit is booked only after the team and you agree on the work, price and appointment.
