Photos that explain
the home-packing project.
Start with the rooms and contents, then show the details that affect materials, packing priorities and staging. The team still reviews the accepted scope, price and appointment with you.
Start with one wide view of each room.
Photograph every room and agreed storage area in the whole-home project. Name the spaces and explain what is already packed, what remains accessible and which belongings are still awaiting a decision.
Add views of cupboards, shelves, closets and drawers that are not clear in the room photo. A nearly empty room may still contain full cabinets. Explain what is included rather than assuming one photograph describes the whole home.

Show materials and packing concerns.
- Kitchen and fragile contents: photograph the groups that need packing and identify any delicate pieces needing review.
- Boxes and supplies: show suitable boxes, paper, tape and labels on hand; say what you need supplied.
- Closets, garage and storage spaces: show the actual contents approved for packing and separate undecided items.
- Unusual or valuable belongings: describe the concern without sharing a detailed valuables list or sensitive documents.
Photographs do not confirm that an item is suitable for the proposed materials or packing approach. Ask for specialist-item concerns to be reviewed before including them.
Show the proposed staging area.
Identify where completed boxes can be grouped without blocking exits or everyday access. Show stairs or tight turns between the packing spaces and proposed staging area where they affect the preparation plan.
Share your chosen mover’s confirmed arrival and handoff requirements in words. Loading routes, vehicle placement and transport rules belong with the provider responsible for those tasks; photographs do not book them through Packahome.
Add the details a picture cannot answer.
Include the work location, whole-home room list, packing finish deadline, materials available and the person authorized to answer questions or approve changes. Add any move-staging or coordination priorities.
For example: “The two-bedroom home, kitchen cupboards and hall closet need packing before Friday. I have some boxes and paper. Please review materials, a labeled staging area and the handoff before my mover arrives.” This is an example request, not a promised completion time.
Text photos with the saved request reference.
Submit your full-home packing project through the quote form, then text relevant photos to (971) 325-2491 with the saved reference. The website quote form does not upload photos. Keep documents, access codes and other private details out of the images.
If you do not have photographs, send the room list and the details you know. The team can explain what additional information is needed for scope review.
